Erin’s experience includes employment at AAA Four Diamond rated inn, L’Auberge Provençale, where she was able to combine her passion for hospitality and design while overseeing everything from the daily operations to marketing, wedding planning and branding. In 2011 Erin returned to Charlottesville and worked briefly in the Catering Department at the Boar’s Head Inn. This experience enhanced her knowledge of corporate and conference style events. In 2013 Erin was able to merge her passion for hospitality with her professional experience and insight of the local event scene at Commonwealth Restaurant & Skybar as well as assist with the opening of their event space, Commonwealth Reserve. Erin joined the Feast! family in 2015 and is responsible for Catering & Gift Box sales, as well as social media, marketing.
In the summer of 2016, after planning events for others for years, Erin took her passion for event planning solo and founded Bossy Betsy Events.
